Marketing Coordinator

Job description


The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Manager to deliver seasonal marketing plans, materials, initiatives, events and promotions for the Wholesale and Franchise division of the business, to drive and achieve brand awareness, business development and B2B/B2C sales. As this is a very proactive and reactive role, you will need to be a highly organized, dynamic and a driven team member that can be relied upon as the ‘go to’ person for Wholesale and Franchise marketing support. Having experience in a Retail, Fashion in-house marketing team, you fully understand the importance of driving strategy, creativity, sales and a strong ROI with a process driven and detail orientated approach.



  • Support the Marketing Manager in Wholesale and Franchise marketing within Europe, the Middle East, Central Europe, Russia, Thailand and more
  • Support the Marketing Manager to deliver the look and feel of seasonal campaign and collection launches in all territories taking into consideration local needs and adaptations
  • Support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of the customer and consumer experience, ranging from B2B and B2C communication tools for both Wholesale accounts and Franchisees
  • Coordinate & implement Wholesale and Franchise marketing activities ensuring clear communication, smooth delivery and precise execution
  • Coordinate with local marketing teams to deliver global marketing strategy on local level
  • Support the ideation, creation and production of seasonal marketing materials, tools and promotional collateral as needed to support the Wholesale and Franchise business
  • Build strong relationships and work cross-functionally with internal Sales team in-house and all local Wholesale and Franchise teams
  • Maintain account relationships with Wholesale and Franchise customers to develop brand in local territories with counterparts and key accounts as directed by Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Press, VM and Customer Service teams to maximize impact of brand initiatives and activities
  • Support marketing activations - includes event attendance, meeting preparation, special launches and special projects
  • Update the marketing calendar and budget including tracking budgets and expenses of marketing projects as directed by Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate creative and production briefs relative to Wholesale and Franchise marketing and otherwise requested by the Marketing Manager
  • Coordinate with VM for seasonal point sale point-of-sale materials
  • Establish and drive marketing activities to support local footfall for key accounts, territories, stores and any other business KPI
  • Reporting on all marketing initiatives and activities via quantitative and qualitative results
  • Analyze the Return on Investment and best practice on a seasonal basis to influence decision making going forward
  • Help monitor competition and help produce regular recaps of the competitive landscape supported with in-market images/examples
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling meetings and events - team meetings, sales launches, travel, team minutes and action points and any other administrative duties such as processing invoices, filing, updating budgets, answering phone, processing expenses, booking travel etc
  • Other duties as directed by Marketing Manager



  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Experience working in the fashion and/or retail-oriented industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships;
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of the Wholesale and Franchise landscape
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees and public
  • Working knowledge of with a strong comfort level working with the following computer programs: Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint)
