Job description

THE ROLE 

The Intern Digital Marketing & CRM will support the Marketing and E-Commerce departments by coordinating digital marketing and CRM activities across social advertising, search, affiliates, SEO and email. He or she will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing and CRM Assistant.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate translations between agencies for google & social advertising campaigns;
  • Test campaigns in all channels;
  • Manage digital locations in google my business & facebook and KARL.com;
  • Prepare/compile and format presentations and reports;
  • Packing gifts for VIP activities;
  • Develop asset packs for media campaigns;
  • Manage databases including database clean up,analysis, segmentation;
  • Support the Marketing Team in gathering creative assets including copy, graphics and artwork for retail and outlet newsletters;
  • Compile best practice and benchmaring reports and campaign reports, and analyse the content;
  • Coordinate and compile communication guidelines;
  • Provide administrative support for office related tasks.
