The Ecommerce analyst supports the team as well as the greater business with analysis, forecasting and strategy for the global online flagship store relating to trading, finance, digital marketing, and CRM. Reporting to the Head of, the mandate of the Ecommerce Analyst is to empower her/his main stakeholders with knowledge and insights around digital trade performance as well as consumer behaviour. Stakeholders include digital marketing and CRM, IT, Finance and others.


  • Budgeting, forecasting & scenario planning
    • Responsible for annual budget and P&L proposal as well as ongoing budget reviews based on performance, market trends, etc.
  • Forecasting and scenario planning of ongoing trade activities at a local and global level.
  • Reporting structure & management
    • Work with IT and other suppliers to develop cohesive and automated reporting flows, dashboards and documents.
  • Ongoing 360 degree trade reporting
    • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance at local and global level encompassing trade, web analytics, digital marketing and CRM data.
  • Supporting with reporting on additional projects and activities including marketing campaigns, technical launches, CRM campaigns.
  • Strategy
    • Partner to the Head of & Head of Digital commerce in developing strategic plans for the business.
  • Finance
    • Monthly P&L co ordination, ensuring all costs are booked correctly against cost centres, co-ordinating and booking accruals, etc.
  • Financial analysis and reporting, in partnership with Finance.
  • Partner to IT
    • Ensuring data and reporting accuracy across various systems.


  • 5 years in an ecommerce environment
  • Google analytics super user
  • Highly proficient in excel
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly analytical, agile and efficient
  • Able to prioritise and multitask
  • Able to work independently as well across teams
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Fluent in English
